Our DNA is in the restaurant business. Everything we do is driven by our intimate knowledge and first hand experience of the food preparation and cooking process.
Back in 1994 we started our first restaurant in Turkey. That tradition of running restaurants ourselves in order to remain grounded is still true today. We continue to operate our own restaurants, as well as supporting others who operate our brands using a franchise model.
Early on it became clear to us that in order to maintain the highest quality and consistency across all restaurants in this group a centralised meal preparation model was required. This innovation has expanded over the years to become a major brand and supplier in its own right, specialising in supplying authentic Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Other restaurant chains approached us to partner and enjoy the consistency and scaleability of this model. Through organic growth we directly sell today to several hundred customers, and via distributors to a much wider group.
Because of our unique and extensive network of partners we are intimately aware of the entire process from preparation, cooking to service. We continually innovate in the cooking process. Our latest Demir Eco Fry models are the result of years of operational experience and continuous feedback from this customer base.
From our ISO 9000 certified manufacturing facility we constantly refine our technology. We sell Demir Eco Fry products directly to our domestic customers in Turkey and Internationally via our distribution partners who can sell and support our products.
